Sleepy Eye Medical Center invites women to take time for themselves this October by attending a special Mammogram Party. Two events will be held—Monday, October 13 and Thursday, October 23—from 5 to 8 p.m. at Sleepy Eye Medical Center.
These after-hours gatherings provide the perfect opportunity to have an annual screening mammogram in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Guests can enjoy light hors d’oeuvres, sparkling mocktails, and a chance to relax while prioritizing their health. Each participant will also receive a complimentary gift as a thank-you for attending.
“If you’re due for your annual mammogram, this is a great time to get it scheduled,” said Megan Goette, Radiology Manager at SEMC. “Screening mammograms are one of the most important tools we have for detecting breast cancer early. By making the experience convenient and enjoyable, we hope more women will take this important step.”
Appointments are available on both dates, and participants are encouraged to choose the evening that works best for them. Sleepy Eye Medical Center offers 3D mammography, an advanced imaging technology that can provide clearer and more accurate results.
