Scrub Tech
Sleepy Eye Medical Center is hiring a full-time (64 hours per two-week pay period) Scrub Tech. Day shift with on-call hours. Responsibilities include: assisting with surgical cases, preparing and maintaining supplies and equipment, and sterile processing. Individual should have interest in developing clinical skills in specialized areas and the ability to multi-task/prioritize in emergent situations. Excellent critical thinking and communication skills required. Qualifications: Surgical Technologist or LPN. Experience in surgery preferred but not required. Willing to train motivated new grads. Sleepy Eye Medical Center is seeking a full-time Medical Technologist (MT)/Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT). 64-80 hours per two-week pay period. Rotating weekends and holidays, and call rotation during the week and weekends. Responsibilities include: obtaining orders, collecting and processing specimens, knowledge of testing procedures, quality control, quality assurance, and analyzer maintenance following established standards and practices.
