Flu season is just around the corner. Vaccination is the best way to reduce your risk from seasonal flu and its potentially serious complications. Everyone 6 months and older should get a flu vaccine every year with rare exceptions. By getting your annual flu vaccine, you also protect your loved ones, coworkers, community, and people at high risk of developing flu-related complications.
There are many vaccine options to choose from. The Minnesota Department of Health does not recommend any one flu vaccine over another. The most important thing is to get a flu vaccine every year. Drive-Up Instructions
Please wear a short-sleeved shirt (not coat). When you arrive at the Sleepy Eye Event Center, follow the drive-up signage. Remain in your vehicle and a member of our team will come to you with further instruction, paperwork, and the vaccine. In the event of inclement weather, drive-up appointments will be moved inside.
