This community 5K run/walk is a great way to get moving, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with others who value health and wellness. Whether you're chasing a personal best or simply enjoying a relaxed walk on the trail, all paces and ages are welcome. 
    This year's event is proudly hosted by the Sleepy Eye Medical Center Wellness Committee in partnership with Powerhouse Nutrition.
