About the Cause
Heart health is a universal concern, touching lives regardless of age, race, or sex. Preventive measures like patient education and regular screenings are crucial for early risk identification, setting the foundation for a healthier community. Donate to Our Silent Auction
We are now accepting gift cards or in-kind donations for the silent auction. Gift cards and certificates may be mailed to the Sleepy Eye Healthcare Foundation, 400 4th Ave. NW, Sleepy Eye, MN 56085. Donations may also be dropped off at the Sleepy Eye Medical Center Clinic Front Desk during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or Saturday, 9 a.m. to noon.
