Sleepy Eye Medical Center is now accepting applications for its Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC).
The PFAC is a collaborative group of patients, family members, and SEMC staff who meet quarterly to share feedback, discuss healthcare experiences, and help guide improvements across the organization. Advisors offer valuable insight on topics such as communication, safety, and patient-centered care.
Current members include individuals from across the area community, and SEMC is now looking to expand the group with new voices and perspectives.
Patients or family members who have received care at SEMC and are interested in improving the patient experience are encouraged to apply. All ages and backgrounds are welcome.
