Sleepy Eye Medical Center continues to vaccinate individuals who are 16 years of age and older. Interested individuals may schedule an appointment by submitting their information online or by calling 507-794-8453 and leaving a message with their first and last legal name, date of birth, phone number and address. From there, SEMC will contact individuals to set-up an appointment.
Parental/guardian consent is required for 16 and 17 year-old individuals. In addition, they must accompany their child to the vaccination appointment.
Anyone who received the first dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines but still needs a second dose should contact SEMC at 507-794-8478 for scheduling. Pfizer and Moderna are two-dose series vaccines and require the second shot to be fully effective.
