Join us for an energizing 5K run/walk hosted by the Sleepy Eye Medical Center Wellness Committee! Whether you’re looking to run your fastest time or simply enjoy a morning stroll, this event is all about encouraging movement, promoting healthy habits, and giving you something to prepare for and look forward to this spring.

Location: Sleepy Eye Bike Trail
Race Start: 9 a.m.
Check-In: 8-8:45 a.m. at the east entrance of Allison Park, Sleepy Eye
Cost: $25.00

What to Expect

• Medals for the top three male and female finishers
• A healthy snack breakfast for all participants
• A commemorative short-sleeve t-shirt
  (Not a fundraiser–just a fun run!)

Registration Details

• Cost: $25.00
• Sign up by Tuesday, May 20 to guarantee your t-shirt. After this date, shirts will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Online registration will close at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4
• Same-day (in-person) registrations will be accepted on race day
• Children 12 and under who do not want a t-shirt may participate for free (no registration required)
