As Sleepy Eye Medical Center resumes elective procedures and services, we are taking steps to keep patients and staff healthy and safe.
Please read the below information to prepare for your upcoming appointment at SEMC. Your cooperation is appreciated and will help keep you and others safe.
1.) You will be screened at the front door. This will include a temperature reading, along with a number of health and travel questions. If you don’t have a cloth mask, you will be given one to wear.
2.) You will need to wear the mask at all times while you are in the building.
3.) You will need to come to your appointment alone, if possible. Please note this does not apply to pediatric patients or patients with certain health conditions.
4.) Please refrain from coming to your appointment early; this will help avoid overcrowding in waiting areas.
5.) Following registration, you may be instructed to wait in your vehicle until you receive a call from us indicating that we are ready to see you.
6.) Please do not come to your appointment if either you or a direct family member are experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, body aches or headaches. If you feel you need medical care for your symptoms, please call 507-794-3691.
