Community Health Day will take place from 6:30-9:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 28 at Sleepy Eye Public School. A number of health screenings will be offered at discounted rates.

Available Screenings

Blood Analysis – $50

• Includes Cholesterol, HDL/LDL, calcium, glucose, etc.
• 12-hour fast recommended. Should continue taking any heart or blood pressure medications. May drink water.

Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) Screening – $35

Note: Appointments are requested for blood tests. Call Brown County REA during regular business hours at 1-800-658-2368 or 507-794-3331 to make an appointment. Walk-ins will be accepted after 7:30 a.m. Free blood pressure checks will also be available.
