DESCRIPTION:Community Health Day will take place from 6:30-9:30 a.m. on Saturday\, March 28 at Sleepy Eye Public School. A number of health screenings will be offered at discounted rates. \nAvailable Screenings\nBlood Analysis – $50\n\nIncludes Cholesterol\, HDL/LDL\, calcium\, glucose\, etc.\n12-hour fast recommended. Should continue taking any heart or blood pressure medications. May drink water.\n\nThyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) Screening – $35\nNote: Appointments are requested for blood tests. Call Brown County REA during regular business hours at 1-800-658-2368 or 507-794-3331 to make an appointment. Walk-ins will be accepted after 7:30 a.m. Free blood pressure checks will also be available. \nDisplays\nArea agencies and individuals will offer health-related information at Community Health Day.
