DESCRIPTION:Join us for an energizing 5K run/walk hosted by the Sleepy Eye Medical Center Wellness Committee! Whether you’re looking to run your fastest time or simply enjoy a morning stroll\, this event is all about encouraging movement\, promoting healthy habits\, and giving you something to prepare for and look forward to this spring. \nDate: Saturday\, June 7\nLocation: Sleepy Eye Bike Trail\nRace Start: 9 a.m.\nCheck-In: 8-8:45 a.m. at the east entrance of Allison Park\, Sleepy Eye\nCost: $25.00 \nWhat to Expect\n\nMedals for the top three male and female finishers\nA healthy snack breakfast for all participants\nA commemorative short-sleeve t-shirt\n(Not a fundraiser–just a fun run!)\n\nRegistration Details\n\nCost: $25.00\nSign up by Tuesday\, May 20 to guarantee your t-shirt. After this date\, shirts will be distributed on a first-come\, first-served basis.\nOnline registration will close at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday\, June 4\nSame-day (in-person) registrations will be accepted on race day\nChildren 12 and under who do not want a t-shirt may participate for free (no registration required)\n\nThe Sleepy Eye Medical Center Wellness Program is made possible with funding from the Health Insurance Pool and participation in the Wellness Program offered by South Central Service Cooperative.
